Built

The site and the contract exist and pass their tests. The contract goes live once its owner deploys it; until then these read “—” and send nothing.

  • The declaration text, with its hash anchored by the contract at deployment.
  • Signing from a wallet, gas only, one per wallet per version, with an optional self-reported region.
  • Marking a signature withdrawn, with the original left visible.
  • The live record and the map, read from chain events.
  • Verifying any address, and recomputing the hash of a text in your browser.
  • Community signatures, with an accept step for every member.
  • Proposals and new versions of the text, one wallet one voice.
  • Sourced displacement figures from UNHCR, and a list of organisations to help directly.

Planned

No dates, no promises.

Token-weighted voting
An idea only. Today proposals read no token at all, and any use for the token is unproven.
On-chain anti-Sybil checks
Today a wallet is not a person, and one person can hold many wallets. Nothing on the chain tells them apart.

Not planned

  • Donations, grants, aid or funding of any kind.
  • An email list or anything else that collects personal data.
  • Taking a side in any conflict.
